In the main stone farmhouse, built in traditional syle of the Alta Maremma, we have renewed the stables into a lodging of roughly 50 sqm and called it Vallebuia. The apartment is composed of:
• A spacious double bedroom furnished with a double bed, heavy wooden forniture and stone walls.
• A bathroom with shower
• A living room and kitchen with a view.
Not only is there central heating but there is a wood stove as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment has been renovated using the recuperated materials from the original structure, such as the wooden beams and crossbeams. Outside in the large reserved open garden there are sunbeds, chairs, tables and a barbecue and the view is fantastic.
The Val di Merse apartment in Tuscany, in our Italian villa complex, is a large apartment of about 65 square meters. It’s ideal for a couple with children: it has a large master bedroom with walk-in closet, safe, room with single bed or bunk bed, bathroom with shower, large living area with kitchen.
The kitchen has a wood stove and gas in one unit with a wood stove and electric oven to make family dinners cooking easy and feel just like you were at home.The farmhouse apartment also has dishwasher, sink, and refrigerator. In short, we are fully equipped to meet all your needs and make you feel at home.
Outside you find a pretty courtyard with outdoor furniture and barbecue and exclusive use of the apartment in Val di Merse
On the first floor, we have another holiday apartment in Tuscany and we called it Fienile (which means “barn”) and it can host 2 to 4 people. This is how it’s composed:
two double bedrooms, one with the ability to have single beds, two bathrooms with shower and roof window, fitted kitchen and living room. Windows are covered with mosquito screens.
The apartment in addition to the central heating has a wood stove, is very bright and has a beautiful view of the village of Ciciano, Chiusdino, and Boccheggiano.
In all the rooms the beautiful chestnut beams and bricks currents were visible as well as some parts of the wall.
Outside in the large private lawn, there are outdoor furniture and barbecue and a beautiful panoramic view of our beautiful Metalliferous Hills from our Italian villa.
On the ground floor of the Fienile (Hay Barn) guests have the use the farmhouse common area at their disposal. It’s a living room open space complete with fireplace, 2 toilets, tables, chairs as well as maps and brochures to get to know the area.
You can meet other guests and travelers and have nice chats with friendly people who are also staying in our Italian villa in Tuscany.
I like to engage with my guests in this area, exchange recipes and talk about our beautiful Tuscany. This will not be your typical cold holiday: you will be met with the traditional Italian and Tuscan warmness and friendliness!
For children, there are some games, books, and pencils to color and keep them interested and never bored.
Outside there is a patio with panoramic views Montieri and Boccheggiano.
