Booking
At the moment of booking, guests must pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount, non-refundable using a bank transfer. The remaining balance must then be paid in cash or credit card upon arrival at the Agriturismo.
Arrival information and damage deposit
Upon arrival, guests must present their passports and/or other documents of registration of presence as dictated by law and a cash damage deposit of € 200. Upon departure, this damage deposit will be refunded in full if the apartments are left clean, tidy and undamaged.
You are responsible for the removal of your garbage and the residences must be left clean and in good order.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation on the part of the client for whatever reason must be in writing and the deposit of 30% will be lost.
Arrival and Departure
Unless otherwise indicated, the hours of arrival after 17:00.( between 17:00 21:00)
Departure is before 10:00 in the morning, after having returned the keys and management has conducted an inspection of the room for any damage and/ or missing items.
No smoking in the apartments and rooms.
When leaving the kitchenette must be left clean and garbage brought to the bins down the road. Thanks for your cooperation.
