CHECK-IN
Check-in operations are preferably carried out online, you will be invited a few days before arrival to send a copy of all identity documents or passports of the people who will be staying in the booked apartment, indicatively communicate the arrival time.
Payment transactions preferably electronically, disinfection of the POS is also guaranteed after each use in the case of payment by debit or credit card.
COMMON AREAS
All outdoor common areas are extremely large and therefore such as to allow compliance with the safety distance;
The use of the closed common area is subject to the use of the masks as well as the reservation and respect for the safety distance;
APARTMENTS
Each apartment has a reserved external area equipped with furniture for exclusive use for the duration of the stay
There are no air conditioning systems.
The masks must be disposed of by the customer in the unsorted container in the apartment.
CLEANING
- Let the air circulate for at least 20 minutes before starting to clean an apartment, the dirt is placed in a special bag without shaking it in the environment. We leave all the windows open during the entire cleaning procedure, constant ventilation of the rooms is ensured and compliance with safety measures after each phase of the cleaning cycle, gloves are replaced and hands washed thoroughly.
- We use soap and water and wash our hands for at least 20 seconds. cleaning is carried out with the use of individual protection devices.
- We use detergents suitable for different surfaces or soap with water to remove dirt, grease, dust and germs. After cleaning a surface we use a specific nebulizer for sanitizing with products that kill viruses, bacteria and pathogens. We pay close attention to the most frequently touched surfaces, such as light switches, door knobs, and tap mixers.
- cleaning solutions with diluted bleach for domestic use or with at least 70% alcohol, are effective against coronavirus. In particular we use: 70% ethanol (ethyl alcohol), products with a concentration of 0.1% and 0.5% of active chlorine (bleach).
- Sheets, mattress covers, towels and sofa covers are washed at very high temperatures to remove any type of germs and bacteria and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
If we use paper towels, disinfectant wipes and other disposable cleaning products, we will take out the trash when finished. If we use rags or other reusable products, we wash them in the washing machine at very high temperatures. When we are done cleaning, we immediately remove any protective clothing, such as gowns, gloves or masks, and throw them away or wash them, as appropriate.
POOL
- Sanitized water, well-spaced umbrellas and disinfection of the sunbeds with specific products;
- Personal belongings must be kept in your bag;
- Access for children is allowed only in the presence of an adult;
- Access is subject to disinfection of the hands with a special gel present at the entrance and of the feet at the shower to be carried out before entering in the pool;
- The use of the beds is for the exclusive use for the duration of the stay, it is not allowed to move the beds from the assigned position. the use of the towel is mandatory;
- Access to the swimming pool must be maintained at least 7 m2 per person.
